•Completed our first year of using the new computer systems to track and share information with the Salvation Army and First Call for Help.

•A trend for reduced requests for assistance began in the Spring of 2019 and continued through the end of the year.  This is due to improved employment opportunities in the area.

•The "Getting Ahead" classes are now provided at the Learning Center in Fostoria, and are coordinated by a group of community leaders.

•A grant was received which made it possible to deliver 20 new beds to families in need (many where sleeping on the floor).
